Case history

The English company EUROMEC, based in Leicestershire, has been our distributor for products in England since 1986. Peter Crewe, who recently passed away, was the founder and driving force behind EUROMEC, along with Graham Hill, the current managing director of the company.

Peter, with great passion and dedication, supported by his most trusted colleagues and his wife Hanna, has helped EUROMEC grow, and it continues to be part of our global network of distributors. EUROMEC has always worked closely with RCM, providing technical and marketing information that allowed us to adapt our machines to the needs of the markets, especially the demanding and competitive English market. EUROMEC has consistently ensured that RCM customers throughout the United Kingdom receive a high level of after-sales support by establishing an excellent workshop with highly qualified and experienced staff.

This essential service has enabled EUROMEC to supply our machines to customers with diverse needs, ranging from major manufacturing companies to distribution centers and supermarkets in England.

It is with great sadness that Peter passed away prematurely in October 2022. However, we are confident that Euromec will continue to grow under the new leadership of Graham Hill and his colleagues Maria Griffiths and Nikki Heighton.

I would like to express my gratitude for the fruitful and enduring collaboration of the entire Euromec team and Peter Crewe. Peter was a passionate professional who possessed remarkable technical and marketing knowledge. It was a pleasure to meet and delve into his excellent suggestions, which enabled us to optimize some of the RCM machines, making them even more suitable for specific uses and industries.

Peter was also a friend, someone with whom we could discuss anything (including racing cars: a shared passion), and a person we could always rely on. His absence leaves a significant void, and we are honored to continue our partnership with Euromec, a partner with whom we can continue to grow and promote the culture of “Cleaning Made in Italy” in the United Kingdom.
