Case history

The VILLAGE PADDLE Sport Club was born from a dream of Filippo Scala. It is located in the green of Parco delle Acque Minerali, and it counts 4 indoor and outdoor padel courts inside the historic site of Autodromo Enzo Ferrari in Imola. A second center was developed in Baggiovara (Modena) and it counts other 3 indoor and outdoor paddle courts.

In just a few years, the Village Paddle Sport Club has become one of the most prestigious Italian sport centers, thanks to the results obtained by its athletes and its Academy, characterized by a staff of Professional Instructors who use innovative teaching methods. RCM has requested the collaboration of the technicians (instructors) of Paddle Village in order to upgrade its sweeper BRAVA, so that it can be used to automate the cleaning and maintenance of padel courts.

After about 2 years, we asked Mr. Mattia, owner of the Village Paddle Sport Club, what advantages he noticed using the BRAVA ACE.

“After suggesting some changes to RCM, I bought two machines that we use every 15 days. We have reduced by 50% the time we spend on the maintenance and cleaning of padel courts. Both amateurs and professionals appreciate the even surface on which the ball bounces regularly. Moreover,” adds Mattia, “the correct maintenance of the court, as all carpet manufacturers suggest, extends its life. In fact, our courts, despite daily use for several years, are still perfectly usable as new.”

To a last question, Mattia answered, “The cleaning of the court is very useful even in winter, when the courts are closed, because BRAVA ACE, by collecting dust and ball filaments, improves the quality of the air that players breathe and significantly reduces the time spent cleaning the fans and the entire balloon inflation system.”
