The Mario Neri Spa has been operating since 1933 in the construction, civil and industrial sector, always making quality its guiding value and working for clients such as Ferrari Spa, Lamborghini Cars, Maserati, Ducati, Tetra Pak, Kerakoll, CNH Industrial, the constant search for excellence and innovation.

STORY

The company was founded in the early 1920s by Alfonso Neri and, in 1933, became the “Mario Neri fu Alfonso”, when his son Mario arrived at the direction.

At the time Mario Neri was concerned with constructions in the broadest sense of the term: one of the first works was, precisely in 33, the displacement of the statue of Vittorio Emanuele to Modena, from Largo Garibaldi to Piazzale Risorgimento.
Very soon the company’s activity was oriented towards the industrial sector, becoming the benchmark for the construction and maintenance of the Fiat agricultural machines in Modena.

In 1972 the company took on the definitive name of Mario Neri Spa and began to diversify its activity in the fields of catering and civil and industrial cleaning services.

Companies among which Ferrari Spa, Lamborghini Cars, Maserati, Ducati, Tetra Pak, Kerakoll, CNH Industrial, represent in Italy and in the world reliability and prestige, have chosen and continue to choose the Mario Neri.

Today Mario Neri Spa is presented in the market as General Contractor for the construction of complex and prestigious buildings.

MARIO NERI SPA – CLEANING DIVISION

Mario Neri Spa, thanks to his long experience in the sector, is able to provide a cleaning service in both the civil and industrial fields.

The continuous and extraordinary cleaning of environments such as offices, shopping centers, banks are carried out by specialized personnel to guarantee a proper hygiene of the environments and a good image of the same, are carried out manually (foliage, dusting) with special equipment and by mechanical means (sweepers and scrubbers) where the surface justifies it, in both situations cleaning products with low environmental impact are used.

Cleanings are also carried out in height of covers and stained glass windows, all in strict respect of safety regulations with the use of platforms to pantograph, articulated, trucks and where necessary with ropes, harnesses and anchorage of the operator.

The cleaning of industrial environments is carried out with a work organization that respects the characteristics of the premises and the requirements of the client.

These are regular and programmed interventions in technical environments, laboratories, warehouses and productive workshops.

Particular attention shall be paid to the training of staff, the proper use of equipment, means and products and compliance with specifications and frequencies of intervention.

Cleanings are also carried out in height of covers and stained glass windows, all in strict respect of safety regulations with the use of platforms to pantograph, articulated, trucks and where necessary with ropes, harnesses and anchorage of the operator.

The Mario Neri Spa can also offer environmental services such as cleaning and maintenance of biological pits, transport of industrial wastewater and sewage, cleaning of tanks and biological tanks, silos, tanks, all with equipped means (Autocisterns combined with Canal jet), specialized and trained personnel according to.
