RCM at ISSA INTERCLEAN 2018

From May 15th, RCM is at INTERCLEAN with three innovations: one of these is COMBO E, the big electric combined with lithium battery

RCM take part at the INTERCLEAN exhibition in Amsterdam, from 15th to 18th May 2018. This is the main cleaning exhibition in the world, which brings together more than 800 exhibitors from the B2B cleaning sector, in 11 pavilions that provide space for the latest news in the cleaning sector. In the last edition of INTERCLEAN 2016, took part more than 30,000 visitors from 134 countries, for example from Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, the Scandinavian Peninsula and many others.

With the highly efficient LITIO battery of Combo E you save, because you eliminate the cost of fuel and maintenance, always with the higher power, performance and safety. Combo E by RCM is the combination that allows the user to clean floors with maximum efficiency according to their specific needs, precisely because it was built with the idea of ​​“tailored cleaning”. Indeed with Combo E it is finally easy to fully manage the energy resources, through partial charges of the LITIO battery that guarantee maximum flexibility in organizing cleaning activities. Combo E charges 50% its LITIO battery in just 60 minutes. And so you can clean “without limits”, planning long work shifts, limiting downtime and waiting times, up to the possibility of coping with unexpected events in a timely manner.

Today, RCM presents COMBO E: a synthesis of knowledge that comes from experience.

Just as the 1990s, with the expansion of the floor cleaner in the large shopping centers, today there is great attention for machines suitable for the even larger areas, for example logistic centers, car parks, airports that need to wash and dried. These cleaning machines have also to collect solid material in ever shorter times.

And COMBO proposes itself to this market in line with the principles that have guided RCM for fifty years and that, even before, had inspired the production of bicycles, mopeds, marine and industrial engines, tractors through the works of Ippolito and Romeo Raimondi between the end of the 1800 and 1967.

COMBO E can operate in three different ways.

1.COMBINED mode (sweep-washer-dryer): the two powerful counter-rotating roller brushes driven by hydraulic motors sweep and “simultaneously” wash any type of dirt and on any type of flooring. The curved and tilting rear squeegee to come into contact with obstacles, collects the dirty water leaving the flooring perfectly BRUSH-WASHED-DRYED.

2. BRUSH mode: sweeps on the dry floor with two powerful counter-rotating brushes that collect any type of debris from the ground and convey it to the rear container.
3. WASH&DRY mode: if you raise tilting rear squeegee, COMBO behaves exactly like a traditional roller floor scrubber.
