Quick and efficient technical after sales support is essential for any sales network to enable it to successfully compete in the market.  It is a simple rule that RCM follows firmly, ensuring satisfaction for all our customers in over 30 countries around the world. A team of engineers and technicians to support our export dealer network and a specially created company for domestic dealers are committed to providing after sales support for RCM machines. All over the world, hundreds of thousands of RCM machines are working every day to clean millions of square metres of floors and pavements of all types. RCM machines that were sold over 25 years ago are still functioning perfectly, thanks to our national and international Technical Assistance network. RCM’s spare parts warehouse contains over 15,000 items.

PARTS

RCM machines are designed and developed using components selected for their quality and reliability.  For this reason we advise that only genuine RCM spare parts are used to ensure good operation and continuous performance for years to come. The RCM spare parts warehouse, which covers and area of 1,000m2, is capable of delivering any of its 15,000 items with extreme efficiency.

TRAINING

RCM is deeply committed to the company’s mission to meet the needs of the customer and organises tens of refresher and training courses every year for technicians and sales personnel, both internally and for its dealers.
